The restaurant opening signifies the first renovation completed in a multi-restaurant remodel atthe casino. The second restaurant to undergo a facelift is the fine dining restaurant, SageSteakhouse. Sage will be replaced with a Mexican cuisine establishment called Azul. Located ina relaxed, modern environment, Azul will showcase fresh ingredients, warm hospitality, localfavorites and delicious specialty drinks.
