Make sure your T460 do come with WWAN adaptor. Check your serial no against Lenovo site or purchase papers. If it was in the specifications, usually you should be able to unplug the battery then reveal the lever beneath the battery to eject the SI.
First of all, you should prepare an M.2 NGFF 2242 SSD.
1. Removing the battery and bottom case
Unlock and remove the battery.
Remove all screws securing the bottom case.
Pry up the bottom case with a plastic tool.
